Even top athletes have to have rest days. Of course I'm not saying that I am a top athlete, but you can't keep hammering out the miles. Rest is a part of training. Eating is also a part of training, and I have done both today. So I have really done 2 sessions today. I did have a couple of bears, as well but I don't think that can count towards training.
The rest session consisted of a day at work, then watching the Sandhurst Joggers track training in the evening, The eating session consisted of a burger in a bun, and chips at the Rack Straw pub, and of course re-hydration with 2 bears.
With all that effort, it was then time for bed.
