Listern to your body

Tuesday 22nd Feb

The thought was to run to work Tuesday morning, but my body was pleading for me not to do it. I listened, and took the bike. That was still hard work. My legs were very heavy. In the evening I went over to Wokingham for interval training. I was planning to do an easy session. Tuesday nights surprise was 8x750m around the 1k loop, and 250m recovery. 1st lap done ok. Now for the second lap. Then half way round, I had an attack of the dreaded Ginger Bread Man. It was a quick dash back to Graham's house, so that was interval No 3, 2 minutes rest on the bog, then interval No 4 back to the loop. The next 4 were rather slow, but it did loosen my legs up.

Wednesday 23rd Feb

Rode home from work today. It felt much better than the ride on Tuesday. Then out for the 8.5 mile Crawley Ridge run. Legs were much better. I think that Bramley's 20 miles are now leaving my legs.

Then it was home, food, and bed.
